RNA symposium speaker spotlight - Cristopher Huber

Prof. Christoph Huber is an internationally recognized expert in hematology, oncology, stem cell transplantation, and cancer immunotherapy. As a former chair at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, he has made pioneering contributions to academic medicine and translational research. He co-founded several leading biopharma companies, including BioNTech, Ganymed Pharmaceuticals, and TRON, and played a key role in the development of mRNA vaccines and novel cancer therapies. He also founded CIMT and ENCI, influential networks for cancer immunotherapy in Europe and beyond. His scientific work includes over 500 publications and numerous research initiatives. Prof. Huber has received multiple national and international honors and remains active as an advisor, external director of Momentous Therapeutics in Cambridge/UK, supervisory board member at the Medical University Vienna., and strategist in academia, biotech, and policy.
