Lysis buffer (18 ml)

Lysis Buffer is a hypotonic solution that allows the lysis of the cell of interest with the release of the cytoplasmic compartment. Its unique composition preserves the ribosomes intact, allowing subsequent processes such as active ribosome isolation (with RiboLace) or canonical ribosome profiling methods.  

Suitable for: Eukaryotic primary, and immortalized cell lines (either freshly harvested or flash-frozen)

 For Research Use Only. Not Intended for Diagnostic or Therapeutic Use.
