RiboLace Pro isolates actively translating ribosomes for downstream Ribo-Seq experiments. Its unique puromycin derivative (3P) binds active ribosomes, captured by magnetic beads for easy separation.
Compatible with PAGExt for gel-based RPF purification and LACEseq for NGS library prep.
Suitable for: Primary or immortalized cell lines (fresh/frozen) and tissues (requires Tissue Lysis Buffer, sold separately.)
