This kit provides everything you need for Ribo-Seq analysis, from isolating active ribosome protected fragments (RPFs) to creating high-quality NGS libraries of phosphorylated small RNA fragments.
Immagina's RiboLace technology and PAGExt kit are combined for effective RPF isolation. LaceSeq technology ensures efficient and accurate library preparation. This method offers several advantages:
- Simplified Workflow: It retains the benefits of gel purification for accurate size selection, but eliminates specialized equipment and complex steps such as ultracentrifugation.
- Enhanced Efficiency: The kit improves the incorporation of RPFs into the library, leading to more reliable results.
- Broad Sample Compatibility: The kit works well with various eukaryotic samples, including primary and immortalized cell lines (fresh or flash-frozen), and tissues (requires Tissue Lysis Buffer, sold separately.)
