nano-tRNAseq PRO Kit
The nano-tRNAseq Pro Kit is the upgraded version of our nano-tRNAseq kit. It enables full-length, native sequencing of tRNA molecules, letting you measure tRNA abundance and modification status in a single experiment.
How it works
- Prepare your libraries. Isolate tRNAs and build libraries using the included reagents.
- Multiplex your samples. Pool up to 12 samples per library to save time, cut costs, and reduce batch-to-batch variability.
- Sequence at your bench. Run your samples directly on Oxford Nanopore Technologies instruments.
- Analyze the data. Process the results yourself, or contact us and let our bioinformatics team do it for you.
What's Included:
- Library Prep Kit — everything you need to prepare multiplexed tRNA libraries for up to 12 samples.
- Demultiplexing Tool — a fast, reliable demultiplexer with a 40-day license from activation. Requires Docker and an NVIDIA GPU with at least 8 GB of vRAM.
