Our nano-tRNAseq kit enables the comprehensive sequencing of tRNA molecules in their full-length, native state, allowing for the simultaneous assessment of tRNA abundances and modification status.
The process:
Isolate tRNAs and prepare libraries: Perform the wet lab steps using the included reagents.
Multiplex your samples: Combine up to 6 samples into a single library to optimize time and reduce costs.
Sequence on your bench: Sequence your samples directly on your bench using Oxford Nanopore Technology.
Data analysis: Analyze the data yourself or contact us if you'd like our expert bioinformatics team to handle it for you.
