The Ribo-tRNAseq Pro Kit is a unique workflow that isolates and sequences tRNAs actively engaged by translating ribosomes. By combining RiboLace™ pulldown technology with full-length, native tRNA sequencing on Oxford Nanopore platforms, you can go from cell lysate to data in just a few days.

This Pro version supports multiplexing of up to 12 samples per library — reducing batch-to-batch variability, saving hands-on time, and lowering per-sample cost.
