ALL-IN-ONE RiboLace Multiplexing

The ALL-IN-ONE RiboLace Multiplexing kit combines RiboLace and LaceSeq Multiplexed technologies for the preparation of NGS libraries of small RNA fragments protected by actively translating ribosomes. Multiplexing different samples allows handling 1 instead of 6, diminishes operator time, and reduces cost per sample.

•           Increase Specificity: Multiplexing with different barcodes leads to unbiased transcript detection. This not only amplifies method sensitivity but also diminishes operator variability.

•           Enhanced Sensitivity: 6x greater sensitivity compared to standard single-reaction kits, demonstrating robustness by enhancing the recovery of RPF and their incorporation into the library.

•           Broad Sample Compatibility: It is ideal for users needing a flexible solution that works with both immortalized cells and complex samples with low translation activity (e.g., primary neuron cultures).

•           Cost-effective: The kit allows pooling samples from different experiments into defined libraries for streamlined analysis.
